We collect personal identification details (name, national identification, contact number, address) along with clinical information including consultation history, diagnostic lab results, medical imaging scans, prescriptions, and billing receipts necessary for providing optimal healthcare.
2. Confidentiality & Medical Records
All patient health records are maintained strictly in adherence with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) Code of Ethics and national digital security standards. Only authorized clinicians, nursing personnel, and medical technologists directly involved in your clinical care have regulated access to your electronic medical record (EMR).
3. Digital Lab & Radiology Reports
Diagnostic reports and scans generated through our automated Laboratory Information System (LIS) and PACS are encrypted and accessible securely via your unique Patient ID or Patient Smart Card. We do not disclose diagnostic findings to unauthorized third parties without written patient consent, except where mandated by statutory legal obligations.
4. Patient Rights & Data Control
You retain the right to inspect your digital health records, request corrections to biographical data, and download your consolidated diagnostic history through our online Patient Portal at any time.
